A 65 year old male with lung cancer is found to have symptomatic hyponatraemia with a sodium of 123mmol/l. Further investigation reveals this is most likely due to SIADH. He is put on fluid restriction however unfortunately after one week his sodium is only 125mmol/l. Which of the following should be considered next for management?
