A 45 year old patient has been recently diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He presents with bilateral swelling of his legs up to his knees. This is slightly worse on the left than the right. Bloods reveal a slightly raised creatinine, hypoalbuminaemia and a cholesterol of 10.0 mmol/l. A 24 hour urinary protein reveals a proteinuria of 5.0 g. An ultrasound revealed a left DVT and normal kidneys. The peripheral oedema and proteinuria responds to steroids. A renal ultrasound is normal. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
